Client Profile: West Yorkshire Police

Dream and Leap is proud to have been commissioned to design and deliver a three-module pilot development program for West Yorkshire Police — the ninth police force we have partnered with in the UK.

Working with a cohort of police officers and staff from across the 13,000-strong workforce, awe will guide participants - from varying underrepresented groups - through three challenging, enlightening and career-enhancing modules. The programme exploring topics ranging from communicating more effectively to leading and speaking with greater impact.
