News flash: Dream and Leap awarded lifetime contribution award

In June 2025, at a special event organised by Wiltshire Police that saw the re-launch of its ethnic minority Staff Support Network (WEPA) following election of new network leaders, Dream and Leap's founder, Matt Jenkins, was presented with a lifetime contribution award; the first award of its kind ever awarded to someone by the organisation.

This award – presented by ACC Liz Coles - was given in acknowledgement of the loyal, dedicated service Matt has given to underrepresented members of Wiltshire Police, and in particular its ethnic minority members.

It recognised how Matt’s ongoing guidance, training and mentorship has inspired a generation of exceptional leaders paying tribute to his ability to engage individuals and support them in seeing their true potential.
