News Flash: Dream and Leap turns 7 years old!

Today is our birthday. Dream and Leap is officially seven years old! How is that even possible 🤯 🎉 🎉 

I set Dream and Leap up with the intent of getting up every day and doing the stuff I love doing. Helping people, teams and organisations get from where they are now, to where they want or need to be next. 

What a wild ride its been too. Never could I have imagined that I'd get to see various corners of the world, experience a whole plethora of industries and sectors and build genuine relationships with people, many of which I'm proud to call friends today. 

What has this last year held? Well it was certainly an action-packed year. 2024/25 enabled us to:

📌 deliver 36 different client engagements

📌 in 13 independent clients

📌 across 7 different sectors

📌 in 7 countries

📌 spread across three continents

Last year saw us work in the UK, the US, Canada, Singapore, China, Malaysia and Japan, and in industries as diverse and far reaching as manufacturing, construction, media, waste and policing. 

In amongst all that we concluded one transformation programme and started another. We led four leadership development programmes, held 14 team development off sites and engaged in four multi-year coaching and mentoring programmes for clients. As if thats not enough, we were also engaged on nine independent occasions to run bespoke DEI initiatives for clients with 3 talks on the subject to boot too! 

2024/25 was a year of diverse, challenging work that helped us make a lasting impression and difference for the clients we worked with. And we're grateful to each and every one of them for trusting us with their organisations and their people. Thank you!! 🙏 🙌 

Founding Dream and Leap wasn't all about client work however. Yes, there's a purpose to what we do - one we are extremely passionate about, but we also wanted to make Dream and Leap a company that gives back. 

I'm pleased that this past year we were able to continue our legacy of planting a forest by adding a further 2k trees to our cause (>50k trees in total now). We continued our community give back with the fourth year of sponsoring our local community rugby club and this year added the big CEO sleep out to the charity causes we donated to. 

We have already committed to all of this again for 25/26 with more trees set to be planted, a further investment in the local rugby club planned for their new season and another big CEO sleep out planned for the end of this month too!

2024/25 was a wild adventure with lots of peaks and troughs the roller-coaster-of-business likes to offer up 🎢 .
