Communicate: Send a clear message to the workforce that AI can be a value-add. Used right, it can empower employees rather than be a tool to simply replace human workers.

Create a plan: Establish your company's position on AI automation alongside its willingness to commit to job redesign over outright job elimination.

Collaborate: Partner with internal teams, like IT, to identify how and where AI can be introduced into your organisation.  Work together to determine clear timing or phases of potential AI integration.

Support Employees: Create programs, solutions, and new job designs that enable your workforce to embrace AI. Help them see how it can empower them to perform more sophisticated work.
